Special Topic: Lower Padden Creek Rehab/Daylighting

Special Guest Speaker: Analiese Burns is the Habitat and Restoration Manager with the Natural Resources Division of the Bellingham Public Works Department. Analiese will present an overview of the Rehabilitation and Daylighting of Lower Padden Creek.

Other items on the agenda include an update on the 40 x '40 tree planting effort, as well as officer reports.
